We were assured the service provided safe and effective care and support for people with a learning disability and autistic people.
The provider worked with people and healthcare partners to establish and maintain safe systems of care, in which safety was managed or monitored. This was based on transparency, equity, equality and human rights, diversity and inclusion, engagement, and understanding challenges and the needs of people and their communities.
