The service was last inspected in March 2023 and rated good. We completed an assessment to follow up concerns raised with CQC. We covered 7 quality statements in key questions safe, caring, responsive and well led. At this assessment we found the service remained rated good.

The service had processes to safeguard people from abuse. The service used their systems and processes to manage individual risks and involving people to manage these risks. Staff had the right skills and competencies, however, recruitment was ongoing to improve staffing levels. Staff stored medicines securely and safely, and followed medicine processes. Service leaders used clear systems to manage the quality, safety and performance of the service. People were mostly supported to be independent and have choice and control to ensure their needs were met. However, not all people using the service were involved in their care planning.
