What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 19 October 2025 (assessment visit 8 September 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of Assessment: 7 September 2025 to 25 September 2025. Holistic Quality Care Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment the service supported 3 people with personal care. The provider demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, person-centred care, and staff wellbeing. They maintained robust systems for managing risks, safeguarding, infection control, and medicines, while fostering a culture of openness and continuous learning. Staff treated people with kindness and respect, tailoring care to individual preferences, backgrounds, and needs. People felt safe and supported, and staff were confident in leadership’s responsiveness and guidance.
