What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 5 September 2024 (assessment visit 26 February 2024). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of assessment 3 March 2024 to 15 April 2024 Support at Home is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of the inspection 42 people were receiving personal care and support with their medicines. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do we also consider any wider social care provided.
