What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 10 February 2026 (assessment visit 24 September 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of Assessment: 15 October and 18 December 2025, the service is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to 56 adults. There had been a delay in between inspection days due to system issues and the decision made to be proportionate to extend inspection period. The assessment was carried out to review compliance with 2 warning notices served by CQC in April 2025 in response to continued breaches of regulation. We found sufficient improvements had not been made and the provider remained in breach of legal regulations relating to safe care and treatment and governance. Medicines were not always managed safely. Service users did not have care delivered in line with their assessed needs.
- Safe No rating
- Well-led Inadequate
Read the rest of CQC's summary
There was a lack of effective governance and management of the service, leading to missed calls and a failure to identify and address where there were gaps in the delivery of personal care. This left service users at continued risk of poor care. This is the fifth consecutive inspection where concerns have been raised over the governance and management of the service.
In instances where CQC have decided to take civil or criminal enforcement action against a provider, we will publish this information on our website after any representations and/ or appeals have been concluded.
