What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 13 November 2025 (assessment visit 1 October 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of assessment: 9 to 15 October 2025. This service is a residential care home providing support to older people. The inspection was prompted in part by notification of an incident following which a person using the service sustained an injury and subsequently died. This incident was investigated by CQC, and it was determined no regulatory action was required. However, it was agreed to conduct an inspection which looked at the quality statements relevant to this incident, to gain assurance the provider had taken action to minimise future risks and other people were protected from any avoidable harm.
