Date of assessment: 24 February 2025. The Beeches Care Home is a residential service providing accommodation and personal care for up to 24 people. The inspection was carried out to review the infection prevention and control practices. The provider had systems and processes in place to ensure there was a good standard of cleanliness and food hygiene protocols were being followed.

Safe – this means we looked for evidence that people were protected from abuse and avoidable harm. The previous rating was good and has remained good. The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulation in relation to infection prevention and control. Improvements were found at this assessment and the provider was no longer in breach of this regulation.
