People's experience of using this service: People's needs were met in a personalised way by knowledgeable staff who were kind and caring. They supported people to lead happy, fulfilled lives. Individual and environmental risks were managed appropriately, and people were protected from avoidable harm. People received their medicines as prescribed and infection control risks were managed effectively. There were enough staff to meet people's needs and recruitment processes helped ensure only suitable staff were employed. People's rights were upheld. They were empowered to make their own choices and decisions and involved in the development of their care plans. People knew how to raise concerns. They had confidence in the registered manager and told us they would recommend the service to others. A quality assurance system was in place to continually assess, monitor and improve the service.
