We found the following examples of good practice.
● The provider had arranged testing at the home for a relative who visited their loved one daily to reduce the risk of spreading infection.
● All staff, including kitchen and cleaning staff, stopped their normal duties every day for one hour to get involved in fun activities with people to promote wellbeing.
● The provider had made arrangements for the top floor of the home to be a place where people could isolate away from others safely should they present with symptoms or a positive diagnosis.
● The provider had amended staff working patterns to reduce the need for staff to use public transport as often.
