Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people’s needs and staff responded promptly to people’s request for support.

People’s capacity to make decisions had been appropriately assessed and where necessary decisions were consistently made in people’s best interests. Necessary applications for the authorisation of restrictive care plans had been made to the local authority.

People’s care plans had been updated and accurately reflected current support needs. Staff accurately recorded the support they provided.
