What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 21 October 2024 (assessment visit 12 September 2024). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of assessment: 19 September to 26 September 2024. This assessment was in response to CQC receiving information of concern about the management of falls at the service. We found falls were safely managed and risks were suitably assessed and mitigated. People and relatives were involved in care planning, including the pre-admission process to support a smooth and safe transition to the service. Some improvements were required to ensure a robust system to review and analyse accidents, incidents and falls was fully embedded and effective.
