Date of Assessment: 16 June to 18 June 2026. The service is a residential home providing support to older people some of whom were living with dementia. At the time of the assessment there were 13 people living in the home. The provider had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns. Managers investigated incidents thoroughly. People were protected and kept safe. Staff understood and managed risks. The facilities and equipment met people’s needs, were clean and well-maintained and any risks mitigated. There were enough staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience. Managers made sure staff received training and regular appraisals to maintain high-quality care. Staff managed medicines well and involved people in planning any changes. The provider had a service improvement plan in place, actions and timescales were updated.
