What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 1 August 2024 (assessment visit 8 May 2024). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of assessment 8 May 2024 to 14 June 2024. This assessment was in response to CQC receiving information of concern.
People were receiving safe care. There were some instances where risk assessments had not been completed individually or in full to show the correct levels of risk. We found there were also some instances where care plans were not in place for people. This had been identified by the provider and there were plans in place to make these improvements, this had not impacted on people or the care they received.
