Millers Grange has 2 registered providers meaning both legal entities are responsible for this service.

Care plans did not always provide sufficient guidance for staff to support people. The service had initiatives in place to promote and support people with their health and wellbeing and routinely monitored people’s care and treatment.

The provider was not always working to the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Monitoring and audit systems used to improve the service did not identify concerns we found.

Staff understood their responsibility to report concerns about safety. We received mix feedback on staffing levels. The provider had recently increased staffing levels on one of the units in response to people’s needs changing.

The home was clean and free from malodours.
