Dalemead Care Home is a care home providing residential care for up to 49 people. At the time of our inspection, there were 45 older people using the service, the majority of whom were living with dementia.
This was a focused inspection, prompted by concerns around management of the home, and as such, six quality statements were assessed. These looked at staffing, safeguarding, managing risk, independence, choice and control, equity experience in outcome, and capable and inclusive leadership.
