We looked at all quality statements for Safe at this assessment. The service was safe. The service followed recruitment procedures, and enough staff were employed. Care staff completed appropriate training, and their competency was regularly checked. People had care plans and risk assessments in place. The provider had made improvements since our last inspection in 2022.

We did not look at all quality statements for Effective at this assessment. This rating uses some scores from the previous inspection. People’s needs were assessed to determine what support they required, and people were involved in the assessment process. People were able to consent to care as much as possible. Where they lacked the capacity to make decisions, decisions were made in their best interests, in line with legislation.

We did not look at all quality statements for Caring at this assessment. The service was Caring. People’s individual needs and preferences were well documented, and this was reflected in their care, treatment, and support.
