What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 18 June 2026 (assessment visit 20 April 2026). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of Assessment: 5 May to 14 May 2026. Age UK Doncaster is a care at home service providing personal care and support to adults of all ages some of whom were living with dementia. Not everyone using the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this assessment there were 41 people receiving care and support. We carried out this inspection due to the age of the current rating. The service was last inspected in March 2020 and was rated good. At this inspection the rating has improved to outstanding.
