What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 14 November 2025 (assessment visit 3 October 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of Assessment: 3 October 2025 to 16 October 2025. The service is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection, 55 people were receiving support from the service.
