What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 7 November 2025 (assessment visit 5 November 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of Assessment: 10 October 2025 to 25 October 2025. Edenom Care Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Safe systems and transitions were in place, supported by robust pre-admission processes and collaborative working with healthcare partners. Safeguarding was prioritised through policies, training, and staff vigilance, ensuring people were protected from harm.
