We carried out this assessment on 25 June 2026. This service was previously rated as good. Following this assessment, the rating remains good. We carried out this assessment to confirm whether the rating of good remains accurate. The service continued to provide good-quality care and support. People’s needs were assessed and reviewed, and staff involved them in decisions about their care. People were supported to make choices, maintain their independence and receive care that reflected their individual needs and preferences. Staff understood their responsibilities and were supported through training, supervision and ongoing monitoring of their practice. A member of staff said, "I feel completely supported here."
