What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 20 February 2026 (assessment visit 16 January 2026). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Willowbeech is a care home that provides accommodation, care and support for up to 5 adults, some of whom may be living with a learning disability and/or autism. At the time of the inspection 3 people were living at the service. During the inspection we assessed all the quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. The inspection took place on the 20 January 2026. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. Staff were knowledgeable about the safeguarding procedures in place and were confident the manager would respond appropriately to any concerns raised. They told us people using the service were kept safe. Staff had the appropriate training and experience to deliver care, and safe recruitment procedures had been followed. Potential risks to people were identified and managed effectively. There were enough staff available to support people safely. Staff demonstrated good understanding of the people they supported and treated them with dignity and respect, considering their personal needs and preferences. A staff member told us, “Willowbeech is a warm and friendly home. It’s a great place to work. I really enjoy it. We’re lucky - we really do have an amazing team.’’
