What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 12 January 2026 (assessment visit 22 May 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

We carried out this responsive assessment between 29 September and 16 October due to concerns received about the service, specifically regarding risk management and the quality of care provided to people. Iden Manor Nursing Home provides accommodation and personal/nursing care to up to 51 people. At the time of our visit 50 people were using the service. We spoke with people who use the service, their relatives, staff, and the registered manager. We received feedback from professionals involved in the service. We reviewed people’s care records, staff records and records relating to the management of the service. We observed staff supporting people in communal areas.
