Holly House Care Home is a residential care home for a maximum of 38 older people, some of whom may be living with dementia. At the time of inspection there were 19 residents living at the service.

We found the following examples of good practice.
• Visits were arranged in line with government guidance. • Staff were wearing PPE in line with government guidance and designated areas were set up within the service for staff to remove and put on PPE. • There was clear signage displayed outside the service to inform visitors of what was expected of them.
