Relatives had also been supported to safely visit people in the home in exceptional circumstances, such as when a person was approaching the end of their life. • The home was clean and hygienic. A team of domestic staff and carers carried out frequent cleaning around the home throughout the day and night. • Staff had engaged positively with other relevant professionals for further support, such as the local infection prevention and control team.
