What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 18 February 2025 (assessment visit 19 November 2024). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of Assessment: 26 November 2024 to 27 November 2024, this included an out of hours visit to the service. The service is a residential care home providing support to adults of all ages living with physical disabilities, learning disability and complex care needs. The home is registered to provide regulated activity for up to 6 adults. At the time of this assessment there were 4 residents residing at the care home. The care home is run by Voyage 1 Limited, a large national provider, who provide a range of services offering specialist support for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex care needs.
This assessment was prompted by a review of information we received about the service. The service had not been rated for over 4 years and were therefore also due for re-assessment. The service was rated good overall at their last assessment in December 2019, however the rating for this assessment has changed to requires improvement.
