Medicines were managed safely and professionally, and infection prevention and control practices were consistently followed, contributing to a clean and hygienic environment. Safeguarding concerns had been reported to the relevant local authority and the CQC as required and the provider had addressed any concerns appropriately in ensuring people’s ongoing safety.

People’s care plans and risk assessments were person-centred and contained detailed guidance for staff to manage care tasks safely.
