People enjoyed living in a pleasant environment which was clean and well maintained. People had a say in over how the home was furnished and decorated.

People had access to nutritious home cooked food. People could choose between 2 sittings which afforded them greater choice over when they wanted to eat.

The registered manager was supported by a deputy manager, and both were visible within the home and approachable to people and staff alike.
