What inspectors found

Date of Assessment: 21 May to 3 June 2026. We visited the service on 21 May 2026.
The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulations in relation to safe care and treatment, and good governance. This assessment was to follow up on these areas. At this assessment, the service was rated good overall.
The provider had made improvements to their processes in risk management, safe environments, infection prevention and control and medicines administration. However quality assurance processes did not always identify gaps or where there were inconsistencies in care plans, monitoring, risk assessments and medicines.
The provider worked with the local community, inviting the local community into the home, putting on events for the local community to attend. Training for staff had improved since our last assessment. However, further time was required to ensure improved practices were embedded and formed an on-going part of the providers overall governance processes.
