What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 30 October 2025 (assessment visit 1 September 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of assessment: 8 September 2025 to 17 September 2025. The inspection was prompted in part by notification of an incident following which a person using the service died. This incident is subject to further investigation by CQC as to whether any regulatory action should be taken. As a result, this inspection did not examine the circumstances of the incident. However, the information shared with CQC about the incident indicated potential concerns about the management of certain risks to people using the service. This inspection examined those risks.
