The service is registered for 88 people and provides support to older and younger people, some of whom may be living with dementia, a physical disability or sensory impairment. At the time of the assessment, there were 75 people living at the service. The service was last inspected in March 2022 and rated requires improvement. We identified breaches of regulations relating to safe care and treatment, meeting nutritional and hydration needs, staffing and good governance.
