There was enough staff to meet people’s needs and protect them from harm. Staff were kind and caring. There were new activity staff in place to enhance social engagement.
People were provided with adequate food and drink, including specialised diets. Staff told us they were well led and worked with a dedicated team.
The home was clean and tidy. Some parts of the garden areas required work to update them and allow the areas to be utilised fully. This was planned by the provider. We will check this at our next assessment. Governance procedures were in place and were currently being updated after feedback.
