We found the following examples of good practice.

• Activities were done in smaller group sessions to promote social distancing. • The registered managers told us about the support their CCG (clinical commissioning group) IPC (infection prevention control) lead and GP (clinical lead as assigned by the Primary Care Network) had given them. The registered managers said these leads were contactable for advice, up-to-date guidance and best practice information. Both leads also communicated regularly with the registered managers to support them. • The registered managers told us they had increased the number of staff and service user meetings held. This enabled staff and people to discuss any concerns or ask any questions they may have had about COVID-19.
