What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 12 December 2025 (assessment visit 10 November 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

My Homecare Bournemouth is a domiciliary care service providing a regulated activity of personal care. The service was providing care and support to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this inspection, there were 2 people using the service and receiving personal care. This was the first inspection for the service since their registration; therefore, we included all the quality statements under each of the five key questions. The inspection took place between 18 November and 20 November 2025, we visited the office on 18 November 2025.
