What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 12 June 2025 (assessment visit 17 January 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
This assessment took place between 28 March and 11 April 2025. This was the first assessment of the service since it was registered on 12 September 2022. We carried out this assessment due to concerns around care delivery, quality monitoring and governance, and to make sure the provider was meeting required standards.
AAT Quality Care Agency Ltd is a domiciliary care service registered to provide personal care to older people, including people who may live with dementia in their own homes. At the time of our assessment there were 32 people using the service all of whom were receiving the regulated activity of personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.
