What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 8 July 2025 (assessment visit 21 May 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of Assessment: 05 to 20 June 2025. The service is a care at home service providing support to adults and children living with nursing needs, mental health conditions, a learning disability and or autism. The service was delivering care to some children in unregistered children’s homes. Leaders were taking the necessary actions to address this by registering with Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted). We informed Ofsted of the remaining care packages of this nature.
