What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 12 January 2026 (assessment visit 9 December 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

We carried out our assessment of this service between 15 December to 17 December 2025. Fountains Care Services Ltd provides care to people living in their own home. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is to help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social provided. At the time of the assessment there was one person receiving personal care.

We expect health and social care providers to guarantee people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. Right support, right care, right culture is the statutory guidance which supports CQC to make assessments and judgements about services providing support to people with a learning disability and/or autistic people.
