What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 21 October 2025 (assessment visit 3 September 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of assessment: 15 September 2025 to 8 October 2025.

Three Sisters Care Ltd provides domiciliary care to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided.
