What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 9 May 2024 (assessment visit 14 February 2024). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Helping Hands Harrow is a domiciliary care agency registered to provide personal care to people in their own homes. The service provides support to people of all ages and different abilities. At the time of assessment, the service provided care to 54 people, 46 of whom received personal care. CQC only inspect the service received by people provided with 'personal care'; help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do we also take into account any wider social care provided.
