Bluebird Care (Essex West) is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to adults living in their own homes. CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided with ‘personal care’; such as help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment, 39 people were receiving personal care. The service was supporting people with a range of needs including older people, people living with dementia, and people with physical and sensory impairments.
