From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 29 February 2024 (assessment visit 4 January 2024). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Bloom and Care Limited is a domiciliary care agency and provides personal care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive the regulated activity of personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this inspection 28 people were receiving support with personal care.
