What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 6 November 2026 (assessment visit 14 October 2026). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of assessment: 16 October to 21 October 2026.

Steady Care Services is a service providing care and support to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects services where people receive the regulated activity of personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this inspection, there were 126 people receiving personal care.
