What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 24 August 2025 (assessment visit 14 August 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Adonai Care Services Ltd is a domiciliary care service providing a regulated activity of personal care. The service was providing care and support to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this inspection, there were 135 people using the service. This was a planned inspection of quality statements under the 5 key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. The inspection took place between the 12 and 13 August 2025. Oversight of the service was maintained by the registered manager and the manager; they are both referred to within this report.
