What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 16 April 2026 (assessment visit 10 October 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of Assessment: 10 February 2026 to 27 February 2026. This assessment was in response to CQC receiving information of concern. This guidance supported judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choice, independence and access to local communities that most people take for granted. The registered manager had put systems in place to maintain people’s safety. People had their needs assessed and risks were identified and plans put in place to minimise these. Incidents were monitored and learning was identified and shared with staff. People were safeguarded from abuse and received support from staff who had been trained and had support in their role. Systems were in place to manage medicines safely. People had their rights protected and received effective support to maintain their health and wellbeing. People’s needs were understood by staff, and they could describe how they supported people to make choices and live an independent life. People had support to maintain their health and wellbeing.
