This comprehensive assessment was carried out between the 8 October and the 19 October 2025.
The service was previously rated good when we last inspected on 16 December 2025. We identified staff were not always suitably trained in respect of medicine management. At this inspection, we found improvements had been made. This assessment covered all five key questions and confirmed the service continues to meet the rating of Good.
We have assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.
People were supported in a safe and respectful environment. Staff delivered care that promoted people’s independence and upheld their human rights. People were encouraged and supported to engage in community-based activities, build relationships, and lead fulfilling lives.
People were safeguarded from harm. Medicines were managed safely and administered as prescribed. The environment was clean, secure, and well maintained.
Staff completed detailed assessments of people’s needs and preferences. Care plans were developed in collaboration with individuals and their families and reflected people’s unique needs.
People were supported to stay healthy and access appropriate healthcare services when needed. Health needs were clearly documented, and staff monitored people’s wellbeing effectively.
People had positive relationships with staff and peers. Staff were described by family members as kind and caring. People were supported to take part in a range of meaningful activities in line with their interests and abilities.
