What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 26 November 2025 (assessment visit 8 October 2025). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

We carried out this assessment because we had received some concerns about staffing, and personal care. We also assessed the service due to the age of the rating.
