We assessed the service against ‘Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. At this inspection, we found the provider was meeting these principles. People’s rights, choices and independence were promoted and recognised by the provider.

The provider was previously in breach of legal regulations in relation to good governance, safe care and treatment, staffing and notifications of other incidents. Improvements were found at this assessment and the provider was no longer in breach of these regulations. We have seen improvements since the last assessment, these included improvements to the care plans, training provided to staff and implementation of robust governance systems.
