What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 22 October 2026 (assessment visit 15 July 2026). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Quality Care is a domiciliary care agency registered to provide personal care. It provides personal care and support to people living in their own homes and live in care. At the time of the inspection 3 people were using the service. CQC only inspects the service received by people provided with 'personal care'; help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also take into account any wider social care provided.
Assessment activity started on 2 July 2026 and ended on 29 September 2026.
