What inspectors found
From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 9 October 2026 (assessment visit 21 August 2026). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.
Date of assessment: 1 to 3 September 2026.
FastFallsResponse Ltd is a homecare service providing a regulated activity of personal care. The service was providing care and support to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection the service was supporting 14 people who were receiving personal care.

This inspection was prompted by concerns we received about the safety of care provided. We found 1 breach of regulation in relation to good governance. The provider failed to identify shortfalls found at this inspection in relation to recruitment, risk assessments, incidents and accidents and governance systems. The provider was responsive during the inspection and started to make the necessary changes. We asked the provider for an action plan in response to the shortfalls found at this inspection.
People were supported by a consistent staff team which supported continuity of care. Staff told us they enjoyed their job. People gave consistently positive feedback and told us staff were like family to them. We were told staff were kind and caring and would always ask is there anything else they could do for the person before the end of their visit. People were involved in their care and asked for their feedback.
