What inspectors found

From the Care Quality Commission's assessment published 9 September 2026 (assessment visit 28 July 2026). Quoted under the Open Government Licence.

Date of assessment: 24 to 26 August 2026.

Surrey SCP is a domiciliary care service providing a regulated activity of personal care. The service was providing care and support to people in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection the service was supporting 59 people who were receiving personal care.

Incidents and accidents were monitored effectively; lessons were learned and policies and procedures supported staff to raise any concerns.Staff received training and supervision. People’s medicines were managed safely. Staff had regular supervision meetings and were complimentary about the management team.Staff told us they were happy in their roles. A staff member said, “We try to give people opportunities to go out, socialise, make choices and do things they enjoy.
