Date of assessment: 20 February 2025. Day to Day Care is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to adults and older people living in their own homes. Not everyone using Day to Day Care receives a regulated activity. At the time of our assessment, 36 people were receiving the regulated activity ‘personal care’. The assessment was carried out because of the length of time since our last rating. The last rating for this service was good (published 19 January 2018). At this assessment the rating has remained good. There were safeguarding policies and procedures in place and staff knew the actions to take should they have any concerns. Staff understood people’s needs and risks and how to support them safely. People received their medicines when they needed them. Appropriate recruitment checks took place before staff started work and there was enough staff available to meet people’s care and support needs. Staff had received training and support relevant to people’s needs. Staff said they received good support from the registered manager and office staff.
